Modern industrial facilities

Our company’s facilities in Rentis, Attica, with a capacity of 11,000 sq.m., house cutting-edge industrial equipment, in which all the procedures of the meat inspection, processing and preservation phases are carried out. This equipment includes, among others:

  • 30 refrigeration chambers for maintenance & 10 freezer chambers (3.000 sq.m.)
  • State-of-the-art freezing tunnel (3000 sq.m.)
  • Separate beef & pork production lines
  • Vertical modified atmosphere packaging unit (tray)
  • Vacuum packaging of beef & pork cuts
  • Standardization, storage, logistics, freezing & sales departments
  • Specialized veterinary & food technologist department

Distributing over 3.500 tons of meat monthly, we have established robust partnerships with various public and private entities, ranging from public authorities to supermarket chains, restaurants, butcheries, cold cuts industries and retailers, among others. This collaborative approach allows us to promptly, reliably and professionally respond to the diverse needs of these sectors, ensuring rapid deliveries on a daily basis.

International quality standards

Our specialized department of veterinarians and food technologists, fully devoted to ensuring the quality of the products offered, conducts systematic sampling and strict quality control of the meat, thereby maintaining high standards during the procurement processes. Our company’s partnerships are not characterized by geographic limitations. Instead, they derive from prominent European houses and certified Greek livestock farms throughout the country, further reinforcing our commitment to ensuring diversity and quality.
