ATTICA MEAT – MODERN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES IN RENTI, ATHENS, GREECE

In our large and modern facilities (11,000 sqm), where Quality Control, Cutting, Packaging and Storage take place, we make use of state-of-the-art equipment, featuring:

  • 30 cooling and 10 refrigeration chambers in a space of 3000 sqm
  • state-of-the-art freezing tunnel in a space of 3000 sqm
  • modern equipment and packaging machinery
  • separate production lines for veal and pork
  • packing of veal and pork slices in a vacuum (vacuum)
  • vertical packaging unit in modified atmosphere (disc)
  • standardization, storage, logistics, freezing and sales departments
  • department of veterinarians and food technologists
ACTIVITY – KIND OF MEAT AND TYPES OF MEAT CUTS WE OFFER

In our modern industrial facilities, we cut, debone and pack primal and sub-primal cuts of veal & pork, raw chicken and turkey, as well as premium meats and cuts, such as black Angus, & Kobe beef from the premium Italian calves Chianina, for retail or restaurant cuts. We also offer large carcasses of lamb and a large variety of frozen meats. We source our meat from certified suppliers and farms from all over Greece, Europe, and America.

Every day, we supply public and private entities, such as public services, supermarket chains, butchers, restaurants, sausage industries and retail stores, distributing more than 2,500 tones of meat per month.

INTERNATIONAL QUALITY STANDARDS

The insource department of veterinarians and food technologists of the Voudouris-Consta’s meat industry systematically conducts food sampling and inspection, ensuring the quality of the meat we source from livestock farms and meat suppliers throughout Greece, without geographical restrictions.
