In our modern industrial facilities, at Moschato Attica, we slice, debone and pack primal and sub-primal cuts of veal & pork, raw chicken and turkey, as well as premium meats and cuts, such as black Angus, & Kobe beef from the premium Italian calves Chianina, for retail or restaurant cuts. We also offer large carcasses of lamb and a large variety of frozen meats. We source our meat from certified suppliers and farms from all over Greece, and Europe.
MEAT SUPPLY – QUALITY ASSURANCE
We source our meat from major European companies and certified Greek livestock farms from all over Greece, with no geographical limitations. With systematic sampling and food control, our specialized veterinary and food technology department ensures the quality of the meat we offer.
For meat cuts and packaging, we make use of:
- modern equipment and packaging machinery
- separate production lines for veal and pork
- vertical packaging unit in modified atmosphere (disc)
- packing of veal and pork slices in a vacuum (vacuum)
- standardization, conservation, cooling, logistics, and sales departments
- veterinarians and food technologists department
For meat cuts and packaging, we make use of:
- 30 cooling and 10 refrigeration chambers in a space of 3000 sqm
- state-of-the-art cooling tunnel in a space of 3000 sqm
